Made for podcasting, streaming, gaming, the Focusrite Vocaster DM14v is an XLR broadcast microphone tuned for capturing a rich voice tone that connects with your audience. The mic features a dynamic capsule and a cardioid pickup pattern designed to give you more of your voice and less of your room noise.
The built-in windshield reduces plosives known as "pops" and the internal shockmount ensures rumble-free recording. A yoke mount allows for precise positioning of the mic when mounted on a boom arm. The Vocaster DM14v comes with an XLR cable for connecting to an audio interface or mixer. Conveniently, the dynamic capsule doesn't require a battery or phantom power.
